Primary job application process
All eligible citizens must apply for the job position according to their eligibility by logging into the website https://dpe.teletalk.com.bd. Furthermore, the job application fee must be submitted within 72 hours of applying online using a Teletalk prepaid mobile number.
Rules for applying for jobs online

- Click on "Application Form".
- Now, select the primary job position.
- Now you have to click on “Yes” or “No”. If you are a premium member of All Jobs Teletalk, then click on “Yes”, and if not, then click on “No”.
- Now fill out the job application form with correct information.
- Now click the “Next” button to proceed to the next step.
- Now, upload a clear picture and signature picture. (Picture size maximum 100 kb, signature size maximum 60 kb required)
- Finally, click the "Submit" button.

Primary job application fee submission method
Applicant's copy will contain the User ID number. Using this User ID number, the applicant can pay the exam fee of 50/-, 100/- and 150/- taka along with Teletalk's service charge of 6/-, 12/- and 18/- taka respectively (total 56/-, 112/- and 168/-) for the job position through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number via two SMSes within 72 hours of filling up the online application.

First SMS: DPE <space> user ID type and send to 16222.
Example:DPE DEFABC needs to be sent to number 16222.
Second SMS: DPE Yes Pin needs to be sent to number 16222.
Example: DPE Yes Pin needs to be sent to number 16222.
Reply MessageCongratulations applicant’s name, Payment completed successfully for DPE application for the post of xxxxxxxxxx. User ID is (DEFABC) and password (xxxxxxx).
You must remember or carefully save your received User Name and Password. Because when the job admit card is published later, you will have to collect the admit card from the official job application website using the said User Name and Password.
If you forget your online application (User Name) or password (Password) for the primary job, you can easily recover your forgotten (User Name) or password (Password) only from a Teletalk prepaid mobile phone by following the given method.
