Information Commission job application process
All eligible citizens must apply for the job online according to their eligibility by logging into the website https://icb.teletalk.com.bd. In addition, the job application fee must be submitted within 72 hours of applying for the job online using a Teletalk prepaid mobile number.
Rules for applying for jobs online
- Enter the website https://icb.teletalk.com.bd.
- Click on “Application Form”.
- Now, select the Information Commission job position.
- Now you have to click on “Yes” or “No”. If you are a premium member of All Jobs Teletalk, then click on “Yes”, and if not, then click on “No”.
- Now fill out the job application form with correct information.
- Now click the “Next” button to proceed to the next step.

Information Commission job application fee submission method
Applicant's copy will contain the User ID number. Using this User ID number, the applicant can pay the exam fee of 200 and 100 taka, along with Teletalk's service charge of 23 and 12 taka (total 223 and 112 taka respectively) through two SMS using any Teletalk prepaid mobile number. This payment must be submitted within 72 hours of completing the online job application.

Second SMSICB Yes Pin to be sent to number 16222.
Example: ICB Yes Pin needs to be sent to number 16222.
Reply MessageCongratulations applicant’s name, Payment completed successfully for ICB application for the post of xxxxxxxxxx. User ID is (DEFABC) and password (xxxxxxx).
You must remember or carefully save your received User Name and Password. Because when the job admit card is published later, you will need to collect the admit card from the official job application website using that user name and password.
